ThermaLite digital catering thermometers display temperature over the range of -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C (-39.9 to 124.9 °C). This accuracy is guaranteed for life, due to the instruments advanced electronics. The ThermaLite 2 incorporates a CalCheck, °C/°F and hold functions. These thermometers weigh only 45 grams, including battery and feature a clear, easy to read LCD display with an open circuit 'Err' and low battery indication. The ThermaLite's auto-power off facility turns the instrument off automatically after 10 minutes, maximising battery life. The thermometer is housed in a high impact ABS plastic case which includes the Biomaster additive that reduces bacterial growth and are ideal for routine day-to-day food and catering applications.
