1.BONDFLEX PU 40 High ModulusJoint PU Sealant BONDFLEX PU 40 is a fast curing one-component elastomeric polyurethane sealant which cures quickly in contact with air and humidity. BONDFLEX PU 40 has a good adhesion on nearly all surfaces of the building industry and it is an elastomer 1st category without primer on concrete, aluminum, and glass. Its high modulus is appropriate particularly for bonding and sealing of different materials between various substrates: concrete, aluminum, PVC, brick, wood, tiles, steel etc., as well as the realization of expansion for application follows Syndicat National des Joints et Facades (SNJF) specifications. Its flexibility allows it to realize standard seals. BONDFLEX PU 40 applies to SNJF specification. BONDFLEX PU 40 is paintable after complete curing. 2. AdSeal Butyl Mastic Non-Skinning Sealant Description AdSeal Butyl Mastic is a one-component, non-drying polybutene rubber based mastic that does not harden but rather remains permanently soft and paste-like. AdSeal 6S Extra Fungicide Protected Silicone Sealant AdSeal 6S Extra is a one component, non-flowing, NEUTRAL cure, MEDIUM modulus, 100% silicone, and fungicide protected sealant. It cures by absorption of atmospheric moisture to form a flexible and durable elastomeric sealant. 4. AdSeal Uniglaze N100 The Glass & Metal Silicone Sealant Description AdSeal Uniglaze N100 is a one component, non-flowing, NEUTRAL cure, and medium modulus 100% silicone sealant. It cures by absorption of atmospheric moisture to form a flexible, fully durable elastomeric sealant, and provides the ability to recover from expansion/contraction without any detrimental effects to the sealant. This sealant is capable of accommodating a movement up to +25% of the original joint width.
